My Favorite Pen July 29, 2010 Parker Stainless Jotter Pen I owned this same pen for 15 years! Unfortunately, I realized once I was onboard the aircraft that I had left my pen in one of the plastic bins at an airport screening checkpoint in New York on a recent trip. That pen worked flawlessly during that period, I absolutely loved that pen and I would recommend it to any one. Needless to say, I purchased another one thru Amazon and I am confident that this product will be as dependable and durable as the other!
Quality pen that fits July 13, 2010 A. Downey (San Bruno, CA) Needed a good pen for my Army uniform. It fits inside the the pen pockets of the new Army ACU uniform. The barrel is smooth, thin and there's no rubber grip that gets in the way. The size also makes it a great pen for a checkbook or organizer notebook.
The pen is small, but stainless steel, so it's got a bit of heft to it for its size. It feels like quality.
The spring is strong, but the clicking mechanism is smoothed. Maybe there's a buffer or something so it's easier to click than the spring makes it feel. The button is rounded so it feels good on the thumb.
I'm mostly disappointed by the lack of places that sell this pen. Office supply stores used to sell them, but not anymore. Cheaper plastic pens with rubbery grips, there. Most places sell the Zebra pens, but those are made in Indonesia, where the Parker is made in the UK. I feel better about supporting a British company. Also, as someone else noted, you can't just buy a Jotter with blue ink. You have to order that refill separately.
Great pen with affordable price May 29, 2010 L T Parker pen has an excellent reputation for many years, smooth writing, elegant look, durability , reasonable price, made in US.
Awesome pen May 3, 2010 Jeff Ammons I've been buying these pens for a few years now. They're sleek and super nice to write with, pretty much everything you could want in a pen. It's worth the extra few bucks it costs above a standard ball-point pen. It's a high-end pen for a reasonable cost.
Nice pen April 28, 2010 Bradley F. Porter (Ireland) This is a nice writing instrument. I had one before, lost it and bout this one specifically to replace it. This and Cross are very good pens!
