So far so good.
The product works very well with my luxul powered antenna kit.
The only problem thus far is that no security modes will work with the i-pad.
I just made the ssid invisible to compensate.

I experienced connection issues with the WG103 using its encryption modes. Basically, my devices would try to make the connection, and immediately disconnect. I have been troubleshooting this device for some time now. I finally got another WAP product to compare performance, and everything worked fine on the new WAP. Based on other information I found on the internet, I turned off the encryption, and my devices immediately connected fine to the WG103, but having no encryption turned on would be stupid.
Netgear does not have any firmware updates on their website as of this review. I can not tell if this is specific to the product I have, or all of the WG103 products, but at [...], I am sure disappointed. I will have to await the firmware update to see if it solves this issue.
I cannot recommend this product, and I hope this review helps others avoid my frustrations with the WG103.

I've used Netgear's WG102 access points for years and they're great. Why they introduced this POS 'update' is beyond me. I'm an IT tech and I've installed 3 of these with similar issues. The GUI is incredibly slow. One Netgear tech told me that the device doesn't like FF 3.x or IE8. What BS! Also trouble getting a valid DHCP IP address especially with Macs. When I finally do get a valid IP, no internet access. I've been told that there is a beta firmware upgrade but no release date available yet. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNTIL THESE ISSUES ARE ADDRESSED IN AN UPDATE! Try to get the discontinued WG102 instead. Very disappointed and frustrated with WG103. Would have given it 0 stars if possible!
Update: No improvement with 'beta' firmware update. As stated by someone else, this appears to be an encryption issue. When I turned off encryption, it worked reliably.
